Virginia
War Museum
www.warmuseum.org
The museum was established
in 1923 by American Legion Post
#25 (The Braxton/Perkins Post)
as the American Legion Memorial
Museum. Over the past 75 years,
the museum has acquired over
60,000 artifacts. The size of
the collection is a blessing;
however, due to limited display
space, only 8-10% of the museum's
collection can be displayed
at any given time. |
