Scholarships
College Scholarships for Students from Newport News

The Newport News Hospitality Association is offering $1,000 college scholarships for students from Newport News who plan careers in the tourism and hospitality industry. The scholarship competition is open to high school seniors who live and attend school in Newport News (public, private and home schooler) and plan a career in the tourism and hospitality industry and to people currently working in the hospitality industry in Newport News while attending school.

Application deadline is March 31, 2013.

Congratulations to the 2012 scholarship recipients: Ishida Crocheron, Renee Lamury and Cynthia Allen Whyte.
